Available through LADD Industries, Deutsch Industrial's environmentally sealed AEC Series electrical connectors are specifically designed to match the demands of harsh environments. The compact, high pin density AEC Series connectors withstand moisture, dirt and rough terrain that can contaminate or damage electrical connections.

Constructed of heavy-duty thermoplastic in a compact rectangular design, all AEC Series connectors feature 40 cavities that accept size 16 contacts. Five keying options enhance the design flexibility of the AEC Series and prevent mis-mating. A steel jackscrew ensures secure mating and no special tools are required when inserting and removing contacts.

LADD Industries is pleased to announce the release of Deutsch Industrial's new larger printed circuit board enclosure and header. The new environmentally sealed DT Series PCB enclosure and header are specifically designed to maintain the integrity and continuity of data and power signals in harsh environments and will withstand dust, dirt, moisture and vibration.

The new heavy-duty thermoplastic enclosure accommodates a 5" x 6.5" PCB board and features through hole mounting flanges. The new environmentally sealed snap in DT header features 90° molded in pins that mate with standard DT Series plugs. The header is available in 12, 24, 36 or 48 cavity arrangements that accept size 16 contacts and 14-20 AWG wire.

LADD Industries Inc. announces the addition of the DRB Series 128 cavity connector to the Deutsch Industrial DRB product family. DRB series connectors are high density pin count rectangular connectors specifically designed for environments where moisture, dirt and rough terrain can contaminate or damage electrical connections.

The DRB Series 128 cavity connector accepts 16 size 12 contacts rated at 25 amps each, and 112 size 16 contacts rated at 13 amps each. The high-performance thermoplastic body utilizes a bulkhead mounted flange to create an environmental seal. With seals and grommets that will withstand high engine and transmission temperatures, the DRB 128 cavity connector is ideally suited for firewall mounted pass-through applications. The DRB 128 cavity connector is shock and vibration resistant, and meets all the standard specifications for the heavy-duty Deutsch product line.

LADD Industries Inc. announces the addition of the HDP Series C038 modification to the Deutsch Industrial HDP product family. HDP series circular connectors feature multiple pin count arrangements specifically designed for environments where moisture, dirt and rough terrain can contaminate or damage electrical connections.

The HDP Series C038 modification is a seven cavity arrangement that accepts four size 16 contacts rated for 13 amps each and three size 4 contacts rated for 100 amps each at 125°C continuous. The new arrangement is a standard size 24 high-performance thermoplastic shell. The C038 connectors accept a special size 4 contact and standard size 16 stamped & formed or solid contacts. The new size 4 contacts are solid and accept 4 AWG wire. The HDP Series C038 connectors are shock and vibration resistant, and meet all the standard specifications for the heavy-duty Deutsch product line.

DT Series dust caps provide an environmentally sealed interface for DT Series plug connectors. They are specifically designed for environments where moisture, dirt and rough terrain can contaminate or damage electrical connections.

The DT Series dust caps are available for all DT Series plugs, cavity sizes 2 through 12, and also for the DT16 Series 15 and 18 cavity plugs. The high-performance thermoplastic caps feature an integrated mounting hole which can also be used with a lanyard to keep the cap close when not in use. The DT Series dust caps meet all the standard specifications for the heavy-duty Deutsch product line including 3 feet submersion and 125°C temperature rating.
