Annual meeting for concrete contractors

June 18, 2012 - The American Society of Concrete Contractors will hold its eleventh Annual Conference on September 20-23, 2012 at the Wyndham Lisle – Chicago Hotel, Chicago, IL.

Concrete contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and other industry professionals will gather for three days of seminars, roundtables and fun. Speakers include Ward Malisch, Jason Weiss, Rocky Geans and Todd Scharich..

Mike Rollins of RecruitMilitary is the keynote speaker. The General Session will feature Dana Galvin and Mario Garza, Barton Malow, speaking on Social Media: The New Business Tool.

The ACI flatwork finisher certification class and exam and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association pervious concrete certification will be offered Thursday, September 20. Rocky Geans Concrete Construction Business School will be held September 19 and 20.

The ASCC is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of those who build with concrete, and to providing them a unified voice in the construction industry. Members include concrete contracting firms, manufacturers, suppliers and others interested in the concrete industry such as architects, specifiers and distributors. There are approximately 470 member companies in the United States and 8 foreign countries.
